How the 1:1 Program Works (The 3 Phases)
Phase 1: Ground (Weeks 1–4)
This phase focuses on stabilizing your foundation so your body and mind can finally exhale. We’ll build sustainable routines around hydration, stress support, movement, and daily structure—so you stop relying on motivation and start relying on habits.
In 1:1 coaching, we’ll focus on:
Setting realistic wellness goals and tracking progress
Creating your morning + evening routine
Stress management and nervous system regulation
Movement planning that feels doable (even on busy weeks)
Phase 2: Glow (Weeks 5–9)
This is where your wellness begins to feel natural—and you start to notice results. We’ll focus on sleep, nourishment, macronutrient balance, and vitamin support so your body feels energized, fueled, and supported from the inside out.
In 1:1 coaching, we’ll focus on:
Improving sleep and recovery habits
Simplifying nutrition (what to eat + why it matters)
Creating a meal rhythm you can stick to
Vitamin education and building a consistent supplement routine
Overcoming food confusion without extreme dieting
Phase 3: Grow (Weeks 10–12)
Now we lock in consistency and create a lifestyle that lasts beyond the program. This phase helps you maintain your progress, deepen your confidence, and build a long-term wellness plan that fits your real life—not a temporary routine.

Weekly planning and staying consistent without burnout
Creating a long-term maintenance strategy
Building confidence and accountability systems
Feminine wellness integration: softness, flow, and self-trust
Preparing your next 90-day wellness plan after the program ends
